Supported Accommodation Referrals

If you are a support worker, housing officer, or professional assisting someone in need of supported exempt accommodation, you can refer them directly to Harbour Nest(Support Services) CIC.

Please complete and send our referral form to:
support@harbournest.co.uk

Once received, we will review the application and, if we have availability, arrange an assessment to determine suitability for our accommodation and support services.
